Are the engine of a successful business but tired of being the entire machine
Are ready to scale without sacrificing time, identity, or peace
Want strategy, yes but also systems that let them breathe
Crave a new way of leading: less proving, more presence
Are done waiting for permission to take up space, make money, and feel good doing it
This is not about more strategy.

To break every cycle keeping powerful women stuck—not just in business, but in life.
At 30 Day Leader, you don’t just scale your business. You scale your presence, your power, and your peace.
I definitely didn't get here overnight though.
I got here by unlearning decades of overachievement, people-pleasing, and trying to earn my worth through performance.
I got here by questioning every rule I was taught about how women should lead, speak, and show up.
I got here by burning out, breaking down, and realizing that what I
thought
was leadership was really survival.
And then, I rebuilt.
From clarity.
From presence.
From unshakable self-trust.
That’s the version of leadership I teach now.
Not the version rooted in fear, but the one anchored in conviction.
Not the kind that demands perfection, but the kind that commands respect effortlessly.
What's more, I did it differently than most...
Contrary to popular belief,
I didn’t build this by being the loudest in the room or following someone else’s roadmap.
I built it by getting radically honest about who I am, what I want, and what I will no longer tolerate.
I built it by breaking the rules that told me to stay small, stay nice, and stay silent.
And I built it by refusing to lead from fear no matter how “successful” that fear had made me look on paper.
This isn’t about hustle.
It’s about alignment.
It’s about designing leadership that actually feels powerful—not performative.
Because you don’t become a powerful leader by adding more.
You become one by stripping away everything that never belonged to you in the first place.
It doesn't matter if no one else believes in you.
Because external belief can motivate you but it will never sustain you.
Only self-trust can do that.
At some point, you have to stop waiting for validation and start leading from your own knowing.
You have to decide that your vision, your voice, and your leadership are worth backing—whether anyone claps or not.
That’s where real power begins.
Not when others finally see it…
But when you stop doubting it.

You’re here to lead louder.”
